While at Dog Daycare at Dee-O-Gee in Franklin TN, your four-legged friends will bask & frolic in our custom built indoor dogcare facility. Dogs are entertained and cared for by our wonderful, pet-loving staff. Senior or small dogs have their own fenced-off “area” (if needed) where they feel safe and secure. Dee-O-Gee’s dog daycare is located at our Berry Farms location … no need to drive way out in the country to drop your dog off, we’ve got you (and, your pup/s) covered, conveniently in town!

What are the Dog Daycare Hours in Franklin, TN?

Can I take a tour?
Yes! We love visitors. You can visit us any time from 9am to 7pm (Monday – Friday) and take a look through our big windows. No appointment is necessary. During peak hours and holidays, please drop us a line to check our availability.
How do I make an appointment?

Do I need to make Daycare reservations?
While we do accept Daycare drop-ins, we strongly encourage you to call ahead. If your dog will be joining us regularly, we recommend making a standing reservation on your typical play dates. This way, your pooch will always have a spot at Dee-O-Gee FRKLN.
What information will I need to make a reservation?
We just need a little paperwork — don’t worry, it doesn’t take long. We ask that you provide current vaccination records and completed forms prior to your dog’s first stay.
What if I need to cancel a reservation?
Please notify us of your cancellation 24-hours in advance. If this is abused, we will require pre-payment to reserve your spot.
My dog forgot breakfast (well, actually it was me). Can I bring their own food?
Of course! In fact, we encourage it, as many dogs are sensitive to sudden dietary changes. By request, we can prepare specialized meals, including cooking or thawing if required. In special cases, a $5 daily fee may apply. Or, if you forget your dog’s food you can purchase any of our high-quality nutrition options and we’ll take care of feeding your dog (and, you can take the rest of the bag home with you at the end of your dog’s stay).
What are the vaccination requirements?
We require a veterinarian certificate indicating proof of vaccination for Rabies. You can bring it in or show us on your phone, or your vet email us at franklin@dee-o-gee.com.
An effective form of flea control is recommended for all in-state dogs. Out-of-state guests must have a current flea & tick treatment in place. Natural remedies are ok with us!
To attend Daycare, all guests must be spayed or neutered, unless under 10 months of age. Once they are over 10 months of age they must be spayed or neutered in order to socialize with the other guests safely.
Guests who attend Daycare will require a brief temperament evaluation — think of it as a simple “meet and greet.” This ensures the safety of all our guests – just give us a call to let us know you’re coming in. We want to insure that we have adequate time to get to know your pooch.
Will you accept my female pup, if she is in heat? How about non-neutered males?
Sorry - for the safety of our other guests, we do not allow dogs in heat or un-altered (over 10 months old) at Daycare. We know it’s strict, but it’s a common policy and one that fits the majority of our guests the best.
Also, if your female pup has been in heat prior to her 10 month birthday, she will not be allowed in Daycare until she is spayed. If your dog has had the ovarian saving spay, they are welcome to see us (with vet confirmation) at least 3 weeks after being in season.
What if my dog doesn't play well with others or needs special attention?
If your dog is less than social, requires one-on-one attention, or senior, they are welcome to stay in our secluded Daycare “relax” areas. These areas are very limited and may require an additional daily fee.
What is the Dee-O-Gee "3 strikes" policy?
For the safety and benefit of all guests at Daycare, each guest must “play nice” to continue to be a guest at the Dog Daycare.
- After the 1st instance of unruly behaviour, fighting with other dogs, or other extreme actions that are detrimental to others, the owner will be warned at the time of pick up.
- At the 2nd unruly indcidence, the owner will be called immediatley and notified.
- At the 3rd unruly incidence, the owner will be called and notified immediately, will need to come pick up the dog immediately (and, forfeit that day’s fees) and the dog will not be allowed back at Daycare.
We love ALL dogs, but not every dog is the best fit for Dog Daycare at Dee-O-Gee. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
